1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by TCH Animation Studio. By commissioning or purchasing services from TCH Animation Studio, the client agrees to the terms outlined below.2. Services
TCH Animation Studio provides animation-related services including but not limited to:
* 2D animation
* Motion graphics
* Explainer videos
* Animated marketing content
* Social media animation
* Animated logo intros
All services will be delivered according to the specifications agreed upon between the client and TCH Animation Studio before the project begins.3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before the final animation files are delivered.
Payments must be completed using the approved payment methods provided by TCH Animation Studio.
Failure to complete payment may result in delays or suspension of the project.4. Project Process
Animation projects generally follow these stages:
1. Project briefing and concept discussion
2. Script development (if required)
3. Storyboard creation
4. Animation production
5. Sound design and final delivery
Client approval is required before moving from one stage to the next.5. Revisions
TCH Animation Studio provides a limited number of revisions for each stage of the project:
* Script stage: up to 2 revisions
* Storyboard stage: up to 2 revisions
* Animation stage: up to 2 revisions
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur additional charges.6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
* Provide accurate information and project requirements
* Supply necessary branding materials (logos, brand guidelines, etc.)
* Provide timely feedback during the production process
Delays in feedback may affect the final delivery timeline.
7. Delivery
Final animation files will be delivered after full payment has been received.
Delivery formats may include:
* MP4 video files
* MOV files
* Other formats agreed upon before project completion
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity.8. Intellect
All work remains the property of TCH Animation Studio.9. Cancellation Policy
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.If cancellation occurs during production, the client may be responsible for paying for work completed up to the cancellation date.10. Limitation of Liability
TCH Animation Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any animation or video produced.The studio’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.11. Changes to Terms
